The Finding

U1 (TL331) output drives LED D1 through a 3.01kΩ resistor, but no pull-up resistor is present.

Technical Reasoning

The TL331 has an open-drain output, which can only pull the output low and cannot source current. Without a pull-up resistor to VCC, the LED will never turn on because no current can flow when the output transistor is off.

Recommendation

Add a pull-up resistor from the TL331 output to the supply rail so the LED can be driven when the comparator output is high.
